Mom, grandma and aunt Hilde built the Glocknerhof together with her sons. She’s been the matriarch of the hotel for more than 50 years, no matter whether she’s in the kitchen, in the garden or the reception. She is asked for in every task, and her nerves hold steady.

Miss Alexandra – we lovingly call her “Frau Holle” – is responsible for your rooms, so that you can rest on a freshly made bed, always have enough towels and a clean bathroom. She is especially loved among our guests for her friendly, modest and reserved manner.
